If you could pick a superhero power, what would it be and why? Underdog, because he would rush to help Polly whenever there was trouble.

What is your favorite sitcom of all time? Frazier. I love the dry humor.

Who has influenced your life in a positive way and how have they influenced it? My Dad. He was a very affectionate leader that was up front with people all the time. As a judge, he helped people who wanted help. He was a man of high integrity and morals.

Doug Van Nostran started Van Nostran insurance agency in 1979 after working with another local agency. He realized there was a better way to satisfy customers. He decided to start his own independent agency that would focus solely on customers' needs, not an insurance provider's interests. Undivided loyalty to customers is what makesVan Nostran Young Coutts different. Doug is a graduate of Glenwood High School and Florida Southern University, where he was a standout golfer. Doug's outside activities include golf, fishing and traveling.

What’s one thing most people don’t know about you? I enjoy classical music.

Name one item on your bucket list. Playing Augusta National Golf Club.

Describe the perfect meal. The perfect meal would have to be one that could feed all of the starving and underprivileged children in the world.

Will Van Nostran joined the agency in 2001 after working for five years at the Cincinnati Insurance Company. As coowner of Van Nostran Young Coutts, Will spearheaded the development of the proprietary VanCan Risk Assessment and Discovery Process. Will is a graduate of Glenoak High School and Kent State University and resides in North Canton with his wife and two very active children. He enjoys coaching and outdoor activities, including basketball and golf.

If a movie were made about your life, what would it be and who would play you in the movie? "The Greatest Game Ever Played" is a movie about a young man, Francis Ouimet, who beat all the best golfers in the world at the age of 20 in the 1913 US Open. I would play Francis Ouimet in the movie!

What is one of your favorite books of all time? See You at the Top by Zig Ziglar

What is one thing most people don't know about you? I rode motorcycles for over 30 years and made many long trips, including a seven week trip across the country.

Randy Young joined Van Nostran in 1980 following a nine year career in education at Plain Local Schools and Conroe Texas. He became partner in the agency in 1986. Randy's primary duties include Financial Planning, Life, Health and Disability Insurance as well as Retirement Planning.

If you had to live on one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? I could live on pizza for the rest of my life!

Denise Reichard has worked for Van Nostran Young Coutts for 27 years and is a commercial lines account manager. She has one son who will attend Wright State University in the fall and she has enjoyed many years of his high school varsity sports including basketball, baseball, cross country, and football. Her interests include NASCAR racing, camping, the outdoors and spending time with her pets.

What book are you currently reading? When I get the chance to read, I enjoy romance novels and books that make me laugh!

If you could give yourself advice as a child, what would it be? Listen to your parents. It might not seem like they know what they are talking about, but as you go along in life, you'll find out you appreciate the things you were told and taught.

Describe the perfect vacation. Jump in a car and just head out with no destination in mind and travel the United States!

Suzanne Bergert has been with Van Nostran Young Coutts since 2001. She had thirteen years of insurance experience prior to joining our agency. Suzanne obtained her Property and Casualty License in 2004. Suzanne also handles the Account Receivables and Payables for the agency. She enjoys the outdoors, golfing and traveling.

I would ask my grandmother to tell me about all of the ways life changed for her due to the inventions and progress made during her lifetime (1880 to 1976).

Matt Ankerman is a fully licensed Professional Insurance Agent, and has been with Van Nostran Young Coutts since November 2015. Prior to being an agent, Matt worked as an Account Manager with Northern Trust Bank in Chicago. Despite being originally from Ohio, Matt is an avid University of Kentucky sports fan. Matt graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2007 with a degree in Business Management. Outside of work Matt is enjoys running and attending sporting events with friends and family.

Describe the perfect meal.
At a Michelin star restaurant overlooking the most beautiful beach in my stretch-waist banded shorts. I'm enjoing an all-you-can-eat meal of freshly steamed Alaskan King Crab legs with sides of melted butter and Old Bay seasoning served by a waiter with an Australian accent.

If I could give myself advice as a child, I would tell her that she is not inadequate, don't let the fear of failing paralyze you from what you want. Say yes to opportunities. Years are short so don't waste them by dwelling on disappointments. Speak your mind, there’s nothing wrong with a little healthy debate. I would tell her not to borrow worries. Hold your head high, everything is a season and seasons still change.

What's your favorite movie of all time? Goldfinger. While I accept that it probably hasn't held up by most of today's action movie standards, Goldfinger is the perfect James Bond movie.

Describe the perfect meal.
My birthday falls near The Masters golf tournament, so, every year I watch the tournament that weekend with my dad. In accordance with The Masters traditions, my mom makes pimento cheese sandwiches and peach ice cream sandwiches. It's not the flashiest meal, but it's delicious and one I look forward to every year.

Describe the perfect vacation. Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island. Every day of vacation allows for bike rides, trips to the beach, fresh sea food, and an excuse to rekindle euchre rivalries during the down times. I remember going there as a kid and now have the opportunity to see my kids have the same experience.

Who do I admire and why.
I admire my dad. Although he passed away 22 years ago at age 58, he was very influential in my life. He was the greatest example of how to treat others with respect and kindness. I try to emulate these qualities as well.

Anywhere on a beach. I love the ocean and sun, the sound of the waves is so mesmerizing and relaxing.

To know when to stop talking. Life seems easier if you say what you have to say, say it clearly and stop talking. I want that power.

Connie Rocissono has worked in insurance since 1973. She has two wonderful children, beautiful grandchildren and a perfect four legged companion that is always thrilled to see her at the end of the day.

I would like to talk with Mother Theresa and ask what one event in her life had the most impact on her personally.

Dinner would be with my best friend Charlotte that moved to Florida many years ago. I would enjoy just spending time together catching up on our lives.

Who do you admire and why?
I've always admired my grandma for her selfless actions and kindness to all.

Who is one of your favorite teachers and why?
My high school psychology teacher inspired me to look deeper into why we do the things we do!

Heather has been in the insurance profession since 2013. She has four kids, seven snakes, two geckos and two dogs. Heather loves being outside – camping, kayaking, fishing, campfires and hiking.
